Jair, a Brazilian native, has come to Singapore just to offer
his expertise in preparing and serving ‘Churrasco’ or widely known
as Brazilian Barbecue. His secret recipe has intrigued many customers
of SAMBA. This is one of the reasons why his craftsmanship continues
to attract many regulars. Making the ‘Churrasco’ even more delightful
and tasteful, Jair not only shares his unique recipe in the preparation,
but also personally performs the serving together with his assistants,
Passadors, to deliver such special culinary experience that is
very popular in Brazil.
